• Coach and train Inventory Associates — accuracy matters
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow — your playbook for success
• Lead and engage — serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, maximize team productivity and foster engagement to grow and develop the team

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills with a solutions-focused approach
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning and using handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Eligible candidates without a degree encouraged to apply
• No experience or returning to the workforce candidates encouraged
• Military experience welcomed
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, or crouching); occasional use of a ladder; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; and travel via car and occasional plane travel, including overnight stays.
