From the moment the delivery trucks pull in, the fulfillment team works together with care and purpose to keep product well stocked and beautiful. This dynamic, eager-to-help team works hard to keep our displays full and our plants thriving, and it shows in every full cart and smiling guest. We’re looking for a Fulfillment Associate who enjoys hands-on work and teamwork and wants to be part of creating something special all year long.

• Unload, stage, and stock product for the sales floor
• Organize and tag plants and products accurately
• Support daily fulfillment tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly with teammates using two-way radios
• Greet and assist customers, directing them to the right team members

• Willingness to learn and welcome feedback
• Prior retail, warehouse, or nursery experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. and push or pull wheeled racks weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical activities including climbing, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak seasons, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
