We are seeking a dedicated Sales Professional to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Kennewick, WA location. This is a full-time role where you will focus on building strong customer relationships, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. Daily tasks include meeting sales goals, developing product knowledge, assisting customers, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to foster a welcoming environment for our guests.

You will contribute to the dealership's success by ensuring customer satisfaction and sharing a positive experience with every client.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a results-driven approach
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
• Previous experience in sales or the automotive industry is a plus
