Field Sales Representative offering earning potential between $150,000 and $300,000 annually.

• All appointments are company‑generated and scheduled – no cold calling.
• Comprehensive benefit package:
  Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
• Income potential: first 90 days 9% (pre‑tax) commission on jobs sold; after 90 days 10% (pre‑tax) commission.
• No evening appointments on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Opportunity to work with nationally recognized brand Kohler.

• Complete Kohler‑specific sales training.
• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating unique products and services (weekday evenings and Saturdays required).
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Achieve professional customer service excellence to generate repeat business.

• Previous success with in‑home sales (home‑improvement‑specific experience a plus).
• High professionalism and excellent closing skills.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ease in connecting with various personalities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; access to a laptop or tablet.
• Ability to learn new mobile technology and travel to customers’ homes throughout the state.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Valid driver’s license.
