TCM provides professionally trained Security Officers for all needs (full-time, part-time, nights, weekends, holidays, emergency coverage, temporary and long-term contracts). Security Officers safeguard facilities by checking that buildings and equipment are secure and reporting suspicious activity to property owners or law enforcement when necessary. The Supervisor ensures officers’ needs are met with proper equipment, uniforms, timing, and placement, and may be required to cover in an officer’s absence with little to no warning.
All hired personnel must follow Washington State RCWs for security laws, TCM policies and procedures, and provide written documentation to supervisors when required. Hired personnel must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, must maintain a professional uniform appearance, and must possess a smartphone for time and attendance recording and communication.
