What To ExpectAs a Commercial Field Service Electrician, you will work across the Tesla organization to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on commercial energy products such as solar PV systems, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging stations.
What You'll Do- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial inverters to maintain warranty coverage
- Respond to corrective maintenance cases and update case logs
- Collaborate with the Operations Engineering Systems Reliability team
- Write reports to meet contract deliverables
- Address customer concerns regarding system performance
- Valid Journeyman Electrician card within the assigned state
- Knowledge of NEC guidelines and NFPA 70E practices
- Experience with electrical tools and equipment
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
- Ability to work at heights, in extreme environments, and lift at least 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license

CompensationElectrician I: $22.72 - $34.08/hour
Electrician II: $26.98 - $40.46/hour
Additional benefits and potential bonuses included. Salary varies based on location, experience, and other factors.
