Qualified personal trainers, group fitness coaches, and fitness sales associates will deliver to our member community a high level of customer service and a high‑energy, heart‑rate‑based, and sustainable workout.

• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, body mechanics, and general fitness principles
• Personal training and/or group fitness certifications through ACSM, ACE, PTA, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, ISSA, or NFPT (Preferable but not mandatory – we can assist in the certification process). If not certified, a 4‑year degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, or a similar field will qualify.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Project confidence and energy on a microphone
• Flexible to work some morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
• Group fitness experience and/or personal training
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs

• Build relationships with people in our community
• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts
• Build OTF attendance and retain current clientele
• Energize and motivate clients to reach their personal fitness goals
• Ensure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts, specifically heart‑rate‑focused training programs, and be aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate use for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Ensure the safety of participants
• Provide exercise options to accommodate various skill levels
• Attend regular studio meetings and ongoing education
• Be a team player
• Conduct studio tours and facilitate sales
• Handle inbound and outbound telephone inquiries/follow‑up calls/customer care calls
• Facilitate booking intro sessions and onboarding new members
• Maintain a current fitness certification from an approved education company
• Hold AED/CPR certification

• $45,000 - $68,000
• Competitive per‑class pay for the fitness coaching portion of your role
• Base + commissions and bonuses for the fitness consulting portion of the role
