The Finance Department at NNEC is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to provide essential support for financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and code vendor invoices for accuracy

• Verify invoices against organization purchase orders

• Prepare and process electronic fund transfers and cheques

• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

• Maintain vendor accounts and filing systems

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or 2 years' accounting experience

• Proficiency in Sage 300 Accounting Software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and filing skills

• Knowledge of GST/HST and Provincial tax requirements
