In the role of Admitting Clerk, you will collaborate closely with the Admitting Department to provide comprehensive services to patients and staff. Candidates should have their Grade 12 education or GED equivalent, with a preference for those who have completed a relevant Business or Secretary College Program. Responsibilities include handling switchboard communications, registering patients, and adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver public reception and switchboard services

• Register patients and ensure information accuracy

• Maintain compliance with patient activity record-keeping

• Handle confidential information with care

• Perform variety of clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or GED required

• Preferably completed Business or Secretary College Program

• Previous clerical experience is an asset

• Knowledge of MS Office and database systems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
