Manage operations for a 50-unit wood-frame project in Sioux Lookout. Our client seeks a Site Superintendent skilled in effective site leadership and management.

This role involves leading daily construction activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring a professional and safe working environment. With at least 5-10 years of experience, you will focus on schedule management and quality control, directly affecting project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. You'll be expected to foresee challenges and maintain essential site documentation throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations for residential construction

• Coordinate with multiple trades and suppliers

• Manage site safety and quality inspections

• Maintain accurate project documentation

• Communicate effectively with Project Managers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of construction experience

• Prior role as Site Superintendent or similar

• Background in wood-frame and residential projects

• Strong understanding of site logistics

• Proficiency in construction software such as Procore
