- Education:
No degree, certificate or diploma - Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year Work setting - Hospitality industry
- Willing to relocate Tasks
- Investigate complaints and claims
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Resolve complaints and claims
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Provide customer service
- Perform front desk duties
- Maintain accurate records Computer and technology knowledge
