This role offers the opportunity to be the face of the Memorial Sports Centre, welcoming visitors and providing them with important information about programs and services. You will also manage cash transactions and help maintain an organized environment while promoting Centre activities to increase participation. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are vital for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front-line customer inquiries at the Centre

• Manage bookings, registrations, and cash handling accurately

• Provide information on programs and promotional services

• Ensure safety and cleanliness in all work areas

• Communicate effectively with patrons and staff

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma essential

• Six months of relevant customer service experience

• Proficiency in using POS systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
