As the Seasonal Quatros Coordinator at YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg, you will guide participants through immersive wilderness experiences and leadership training. Your focus will be on creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes growth, confidence, and community. You'll be supported by a dedicated team committed to delivering transformational experiences in nature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement the comprehensive Quatros Program

• Mentor participants through engaging wilderness trips

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate effective leadership training

• Manage logistics and ensure safety protocols are met

• Prepare participant progress reports for future program development

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor programming or camp leadership

• Competence in wilderness navigation and risk oversight

• Strong mentorship and facilitation skills

• Capable of working in remote outdoor conditions

Certifications:

Bronze Cross, Intermediate First Aid with CPR-C
