Project Manager - Percussive Drilling

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Percussive Drilling Services team in Red Lake, Ontario.

Hourly Wage: $54.43/hr plus bonus

• Coordinates and communicates activities and between internal & external clients.
• Schedule crews and communicate daily project plans.
• Researches and analyzes development and product life cycles.
• Acts as the technical and content expert for the project.
• Analyzes, organizes, monitors and evaluates specified area including financial analysis.
• Revises or creates procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.
• Initiates cost reduction programs, prepares proposals, and articulates product position, key benefits and value proposition.
• Works with vendors and other third parties.
• Accountable for the delivery of all technical services.
• Maintaining optimal short and long term business plans.
• Scheduling and budgeting as well as exposure to ground control, industrial engineering and improvement projects.

• Project Management Experience
• Must have valid Canada Driver’s License
• Professional Engineer Designation preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills are a requirement for this position
• This is a hands‑on position that requires a decisive individual with a high level of initiative

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience.

This position is required to be at site in Red Lake on a two week on, two week off rotation.
