In this full-time position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across TBTE's divisions. Your strong project management skills will shine as you coordinate resources, align scopes and schedules, and provide mentorship to junior staff. Engage directly with clients and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution across multidisciplinary teams

• Develop and approve project documentation and plans

• Monitor progress and manage project risks effectively

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and team members

• Drive client engagement and business development initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline

• Project Management Professional (P.M.P) certification preferred

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Knowledge of project management regulatory requirements
