In this full-time opportunity, you will lead multidisciplinary projects while collaborating with various stakeholders within TBTE’s divisions. Your experience in managing timelines, budgets, and team dynamics will ensure projects meet client requirements and quality standards. Mentoring team members will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, helping to foster their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project planning and execution across divisions

• Lead communication and collaboration within project teams

• Develop and review necessary project plans and specifications

• Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders

• Monitor project metrics, risks, and implement improvements

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years managing engineering projects

• An Engineering degree or equivalent is required

• Project Management Professional (P.M.P) certification is a plus

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities

• Familiarity with project management best practices
