As the Superintendent Mine Planning, you will guide a team of engineers and surveyors to create effective mining plans aligned with operational goals. This position requires a Bachelor of Mine Engineering and involves mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Your expertise in underground hard rock mining will help shape a culture of safety and continuous improvement in one of the highest-grade gold deposits in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality short-term mine plans with forecasts and designs

• Mentor engineers and technical staff to achieve performance goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Mine Engineering with active P’Eng designation

• Proven experience in underground hard rock mining

• Advanced user of Deswik Suite and Microsoft Office
