Your role will focus on driving strategic initiatives and enhancing business operations.

Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Modernization Programs, you will be at the forefront of executing key projects with a primary emphasis on capital investments. With over 10 years of project management experience, you will be tasked with leading cross-functional teams and working closely with external vendors to deliver results that align with the company’s strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation of strategic mill projects

• Turn strategic vision into actionable project plans

• Collaborate with external vendors for project feasibility

• Lead teams from initiation through to project results

• Track and report on project performance continually

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and P.Eng certification

• At least 10 years of industrial project management experience

• Strong leadership and accountability in project delivery

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
