Key Responsibilities:

• Perform requested telecommunication systems support

• Develop support training for KNET staff and customer technicians

• Design and implement telecom solutions and expansions

• Manage system-related queries and testing

• Assist with documentation changes and job travel

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in computing or information technology

• 10+ years in complex technology environments

• Knowledgeable in RF, cellular, and fibre optic systems

• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams

• Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities
