Jitterbit is seeking a skilled IT Support Systems Engineer to manage its multi-platform environment. This role demands expertise in macOS, Windows, and Linux systems along with hands-on experience in identity provider integrations. You will automate device deployments and provide critical support for end users, enhancing productivity across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure fleet devices with MDM platforms
• Write deployment scripts in Bash, Zsh, and Power Shell
• Administer user life cycles and permissions via Active Directory
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Resolve hardware and software issues for users
Requirements:
• Advanced macOS and Windows administration experience
• Proven skills in scripting and MDM implementation
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Google Workspace
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and VPNs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
