Position: Mobile Maintenance Supervisor at Evolution Mining
Location: red lake

Lead a team of Underground Mobile Equipment Mechanics with Evolution Mining as the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor in Red Lake. Ensure safety and productivity in maintenance operations.
This supervisory role involves directing mobile maintenance crews, applying engineering best practices, and implementing maintenance plans for underground equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee work orders, coordinate safety meetings, and manage performance metrics. With a roster of 14 days on and off, flexibility between residential and FIFO arrangements is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct multi-craft mobile maintenance crew activities

• Manage maintenance cost control and performance

• Collaborate on developing maintenance procedures

• Verify quality of completed work orders in SAP

• Conduct planned inspections and job task observations
Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of industrial mobile equipment experience

• At least 2 years in a supervisory maintenance role

• Valid driver’s license and mechanical certification

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP

• Strong knowledge of underground mining equipment
