In this role under the Facilities Services Manager, you will collaborate closely with a healthcare team. Your focus will include HVAC, boilers, and maintenance processes that ensure quality patient care. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills will be critical as you maintain facilities and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on HVAC and related systems

• Execute repairs and inspections effectively

• Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules

• Access and manage the Building Maintenance System

• Execute plumbing, mechanical, and electrical repairs

Requirements:

• Maintenance specialist certification required

• Systems Maintenance Technician certification preferred

• 3-5 years experience in building operations

• Infection Control Certification is a plus

• Valid Class G Driver's License
