As Superintendent, you'll manage the site’s maintenance and operational activities, ensuring facilities remain safe and welcoming. This full-time, permanent role involves performing varied maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Your role will include direct guest support and involvement in enhancing community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute repair and maintenance tasks at the facility

• Conduct thorough cleaning of guest accommodations

• Maintain safety and compliance with operational standards

• Organize and log maintenance activities and inspections

• Collaborate with emergency services during incidents

Requirements:

• Technical training in a related maintenance field

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Capacity to work independently and on-call
