Location: Red Lake
Become part of Chrysos as a Maintenance Specialist in Red Lake, ON. This full-time role offers a chance to maintain cutting-edge Photon Assay™ systems and provide exceptional customer support.
In this permanent full-time position, you’ll ensure Chrysos' Photon Assay™ equipment operates smoothly through maintenance and technical support. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and maximize uptime while assisting clients with training and troubleshooting. This role includes responding to breakdown situations and managing spare inventory to ensure continuity in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on Photon Assay™ installations
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote login
• Train customers on equipment operation and safety
• Manage spare parts inventory effectively
• Document maintenance work and maintain records
Requirements:
• Proven experience in maintaining technical equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to travel for remote work assignments
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Current driver’s license and work rights in Canada
