As the Family Care Manager, you will oversee daily operations and provide guidance to the DO team, ensuring adherence to the principles of the KIDO service model. Your focus will be on maintaining a supportive environment for families, coordinating with various teams for effective case management, and driving compliance with operational guidelines. Your leadership will be essential in promoting health and wellness throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and performance of DO staff

• Ensure adherence to MDK principles and guidelines

• Consult on family file management

• Develop and implement training initiatives

• Facilitate collaboration with external service entities

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in relevant fields

• Background in management or emergency services

• Knowledge of KI traditions and culture advantageous

• Strong communication skills required

• Valid license and successful completion of background checks
