Position: Underground Charge Up Operator Role

Join Evolution Mining as an Operator Charge Up in the stunning community of Red Lake, Ontario. This role focuses on safely charging and firing explosives for our mining operations with a rotational schedule.

As an Operator Charge Up, you will play a critical role in executing well-planned blast patterns within our underground mines. This position not only emphasizes your ability to comply with safety standards but also offers ample opportunities for training in blasting techniques and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute blasting operations according to design specifications

• Perform routine safety and equipment checks before and after blasts

• Assist with underground maintenance and service installations

• Train and achieve certification in Ontario Common Core Modules

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and report issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory

• Proven skills in Mobile Blasting essential

• Must demonstrate good physical condition

• Strong ability to engage in team settings

• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns
