Registered Nurse – Princess Court – Dryden

Wage Range - $36.63 - $52.50/hour

Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Princess Court

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you’ll coordinate, implement, and supervise resident-centered nursing care in accordance with Ministry standards, CNO guidelines, and our Home’s policies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in gerontological nursing an asset
• Post-RN education in gerontology preferred
• Computer proficiency an asset
• Clear criminal reference check and TB testing as per Ministry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing care and staffing
• Supervise and support RPNs and PSWs
• Ensure resident care plans are developed and followed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols
• Advocate for resident rights and holistic care
