This role demands a minimum of three years of recent critical care experience and the ability to function effectively in high-acuity settings. Your autonomy and teamwork will be vital to ensuring safe patient outcomes during air transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality critical care during flights

• Provide comprehensive patient care per provincial standards

• Perform advanced nursing interventions as needed

• Collaborate closely with paramedics and flight crew

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 3 years of critical care experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Strong clinical judgment and emergency intervention skills
