Position: Community Nurse RN - Flexible Hours

As an RN, you will conduct visits to care for patients in various home settings. Your responsibilities include assessing individualized needs and executing care plans while developing meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships. You will experience a work-life balance, professional training, and the support of a dedicated team of nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use assessment tools to evaluate patient needs

• Design and actively monitor tailored care plans

• Build trust and rapport with each patient

• Keep detailed and organized patient records
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license with CNO in good standing

• Access to a reliable vehicle is required

• Experience in community care preferred

• Flexibility in scheduling and on-call coverage
