As a Registered Nurse in the Sexual Assault & Domestic Violence Program and the Rapid Access Addictions Medicine Clinic, you will play a crucial role in patient care. Your responsibilities include providing clinical assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practices. Emphasis is placed on culturally competent care and trauma-informed practices to support vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing assessments for RAAM patients

• Conduct forensic evidence collection for victims

• Participate in on-call roster as needed

• Adapt to changing and demanding situations

• Maintain infection control standards and follow policies

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses

• CPR certification required; additional training preferred

• Minimum two years of nursing experience

• Skills in IV/venipuncture and clinical assessment

• Experience with diverse cultures and crisis intervention
