In this part-time community nursing position, you’ll perform scheduled visits to assess and care for patients in their homes. A valid driver's license and vehicle access are required to travel to patient residences. Join a supportive team of nurses as you develop long-term therapeutic relationships and use your assessment skills to manage diverse patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess individual patient needs using effective techniques

• Execute and monitor ongoing patient care plans

• Build rapport with patients through collaborative engagement

• Maintain and update accurate patient records
Requirements:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse with CNO

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access

• Experience in community care is an asset

• Flexibility and reliability in your schedule

• Commitment to providing on-call care as needed
