As a Registered Nurse at Para Med Home Health Care, you'll provide essential community care to patients of all ages with diverse needs. This role allows for flexibility with part-time and full-time scheduling options, including weekends off. You will develop long-term relationships with patients while having access to best-in-class training programs and recognition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ needs using appropriate tools

• Monitor and execute personalized care plans

• Build rapport through a collaborative approach

• Update professional records related to patient interactions

• Provide on-call support as required
Requirements:

• CNO registration as a Registered Nurse

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Experience in community care is an asset

• Reliable and flexible with travel

• Passionate about community impact
