As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room Department, you will work autonomously and in a team. You will coordinate care and support patients throughout various health situations. Your practice will blend direct service with contributions to education, administration, and healthcare policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments and documentation

• Administer intravenous therapy and manage venipuncture

• Utilize problem-solving skills in critical situations

• Interpret EKG/Dysrhythmia and respond effectively

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Current Ontario RN registration

• Basic CPR certification (BCLS)

• Previous OR experience or certification required

• ACLS course status preferred

• Ability to manage stress and chaotic situations
