We are seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to provide nursing services in a geriatric and palliative care setting. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and monitor overall patient progress. The workplace requires effective teamwork and the ability to handle pressure while delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services based on patient care plans

• Monitor patient progress and evaluate nursing interventions

• Consult effectively with the healthcare team

• Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
Requirements:

• College/CEGEP education required

• 7 months to less than 1 year of nursing experience

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Valid immunization and background checks

• Required nursing certifications must be current
