Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist

This role emphasizes assessment, planning, and collaborative care for patients, requiring registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. You will demonstrate strong assessment and problem-solving skills, coupled with a crisis intervention capability. Flexibility for 12-hour shifts is essential in this dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead care assessments and interventions for patients

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

• Assist in various areas as required by patient needs

• Maintain flexible hours and adapt to workload changes

• Execute infection control measures in compliance with policies
Requirements:

• Current active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Required Basic CPR certification

• Preferred one year of nursing experience or more

• Knowledge of EKG/Dysrhythmia interpretation an asset

• Skills in intravenous/venipuncture necessary
