Med-Surg RN, -Hour Shifts

Position: Med-Surg RN, 12-Hour Shifts
Location: sioux lookout

Become a Med-Surg RN and make a difference in patient care while working 12-hour shifts. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions in a fast-paced environment.
As a Registered Nurse, your role will focus on providing high-quality care following the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will engage with patients effectively, utilizing your strong communication and assessment skills. This position requires adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care interventions

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in various areas

• Remain attentive during frequent interruptions

• Provide culturally responsive nursing care

• Adhere to infection control measures and training
Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• One year clinical experience preferred

• Basic CPR certificate required

• IV/venipuncture skills necessary

• EKG interpretation course advantageous
