As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will conduct scheduled visits to patients in their homes, providing essential nursing care.

Your role is critical in ensuring patients maintain comfort and health, working under the supervision of Registered Nurses for more complex cases. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and practice advanced clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient visits to assess individual needs

• Provide ethical and safe nursing care following protocols

• Monitor and adjust care plans as necessary

• Build rapport with patients through collaborative approaches

• Maintain accurate and professional patient record keeping
Requirements:

• CNO registration as an RPN in good standing

• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle

• Experience in community care is preferred

• Reliability and flexibility for on-call shifts

• Passion for community health and patient well-being
