Join Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre as a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, and intervention aligning with the college standards of practice.

The Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre is in search of a licensed Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). This role requires strong organizational and time management skills to effectively support patients within a multidisciplinary care team. Applicants should have experience in providing nursing interventions and the ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan patient interventions according to RPN standards

• Provide nursing interventions based on the College of Nurses guidelines

• Work independently and as part of a healthcare team

• Adapt to changing situations and manage stress effectively

• Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Requirements:

• Valid RPN license from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current Basic CPR certification

• 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience preferred

• Ability to understand first nation culture is an asset

• Physically capable of performing RPN duties
