Med​/Surg Registered Nurse

Position: Med/Surg Registered Nurse Needed
Location: Sioux Lookout

You'll function as part of a collaborative team while assessing and planning care according to the Nursing College standards. Strong communication, assessment, and adaptation skills are vital in this demanding role, ensuring high-quality, culturally competent care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and care planning

• Work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals

• Ensure adherence to hand hygiene and PPE protocols

• Provide support in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

• Maintain ongoing self-reflection and care adjustments

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least one year of nursing experience preferred

• Current BCLS certification needed

• Preferred ACLS/PALS/NALS training

• Willingness to cover 12-hour shift rotations
