Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre seeks a licensed RPN to join its healthcare team. Successful candidates will employ a multidisciplinary approach to provide quality patient care. This position involves 12-hour shifts and requires strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and adapt to rapid changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver appropriate nursing interventions as per standards

• Be available for all assigned shifts and locations

• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients

• Maintain focus under demanding healthcare conditions

• Demonstrate flexibility in response to changing patient needs

Requirements:

• Current RPN certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic CPR certification required

• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience preferred

• Ability to reflect on and adapt nursing practice

• Must adhere to health and safety protocols
