Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications under physician delegation

• Collaborate on patient treatment plans with the healthcare team

• Perform ECGs, venipuncture, and urine drug screenings

• Maintain Electronic Medical Records with accuracy

• Communicate patient status with the physician

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

• Experience in addiction treatment is preferred

• Certification in First Aid and CPR required

• Strong commitment to addiction and mental health

• Knowledge of harm reduction principles
