Join Para Med as a Registered Practical Nurse and provide compassionate community care in Dryden and Sioux Lookout, Ontario. This part-time role offers attractive scheduling with every other weekend off.

As an RPN, your scheduled home visits will focus on various patient care needs, allowing you to collaborate with RNs on complex cases. Develop long-term therapeutic relationships while utilizing your clinical skills in a supportive environment. Your commitment to patient comfort enhances their quality of life as they receive care in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled visits to address patient needs

• Ensure ethical and safe nursing practices

• Implement assessment tools to evaluate individual care

• Monitor and adjust patient care plans continuously

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• CNO registration in good standing required

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access

• Experience in community healthcare an asset

• Reliability and flexibility emphasized

• Required on-call coverage for patient safety
