Hemodialysis Registered Nurse - Part-Time

As a part-time nurse, you will provide critical nursing support for patients with complex renal needs. Reporting to both the Manager and Coordinator of Renal Services, your expertise will help guide patient care in alignment with the values of the organization.

Your role will focus on upholding best practices in patient and family-centered care, emphasizing both respect and responsiveness to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing Hemodialysis

• Expertise in assessment, planning, and evaluation of care

• Identify unexpected patient responses to treatment

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals effectively

• Keep accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BCLS certification essential

• Relevant experience in Renal Nursing required

• Multilingual candidates preferred, especially in French

• Commitment to patient-centered care practices
