Become a Registered Practical Nurse at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre and provide culturally respectful care. Utilize your RPN expertise to enhance patient assessments and interventions.

You’ll need effective communication skills, a positive approach to interaction with staff, and patients, as well as a commitment to continual self-reflection. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and implement nursing interventions

• Coordinate care in a multidisciplinary approach

• Work rotating 12-hour shifts as required

• Practice effective communication in all interactions

• Uphold standards for hygiene and safety in care delivery

Requirements:

• Current RPN license is mandatory

• Basic CPR and pharmacology certifications required

• Preferably six months to one year of experience

• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities

• Appreciation for First Nation culture;
Oji-Cree speakers are preferred
