Position: Engaged Registered Nurse Delivering Care in a Fast-Paced Setting

Join as a Registered Nurse in a demanding environment, where your expertise in patient care and triage will shine. Work 12-hour shifts while utilizing your assessment and collaboration skills to enhance patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care while adhering to current nursing standards and hospital policies. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, with specific training in ACLS, PALS, or Triage highly valued. Your ability to remain composed during crises will contribute significantly to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute triage and develop patient care strategies

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

• Adapt quickly to evolving patient needs

• Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene

• Address urgent care needs efficiently

Requirements:

• Current registration with Ontario’s nursing body

• At least one year of nursing experience preferred

• CPR (BLS) certification mandatory

• Skills in EKG interpretation are advantageous

• Strong crisis intervention and critical thinking capabilities
