In this vital role, you will assist in developing and promoting safety strategies across Riverside Health. Responsibilities include evaluating safety events, analyzing risk data, and ensuring compliance with pertinent healthcare standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor safety event reporting systems

• Conduct analysis of safety reports and trends

• Prepare detailed reports on patient safety

• Educate staff on effective risk management practices

• Support investigations of safety incidents and claims

Requirements:

• Current RN certification with a Baccalaureate in Nursing

• 3-5 years of clinical experience necessary

• Patient Safety/Risk Certification preferred

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Familiarity with relevant healthcare laws and regulations
