Position: RPN for Multidisciplinary Care Team

We are looking for a licensed RPN to provide patient-centered care across various shifts at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment. This position will challenge you to work independently while effectively collaborating within a care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and respond to patient needs using nursing best practices

• Provide care consistent with RPN scope of practice

• Adapt readily to changes in patient conditions

• Demonstrate effective communication with teammates and patients

• Ensure compliance with infection control practices
Requirements:

• Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification required

• Basic CPR certification must be current

• Six months to one year of nursing experience preferred

• Understanding of first nation culture and Oji-Cree speaking is an asset

• Physically capable of handling nursing responsibilities
