Position: Registered Nurse with Critical Care Focus

As a Registered Nurse in our facility, your main duties will include coordinating patient care and collaborating with medical teams. You will demonstrate problem-solving capabilities while providing interventions and evaluating patient outcomes. Flexibility and mental resilience are key in this high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interventions and evaluate patient outcomes

• Provide comprehensive cultural and competency care

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

• Maintain compliance with infection control measures

• Adapt to high-demand and unpredictable situations

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required

• Minimum one year of experience preferred

• Current Basic CPR certification (BCLS)

• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred

• Intravenous/venipuncture skills are a must
