Become a key player in community health as a Registered Nurse with Para Med.
This role offers autonomy and work-life balance while visiting patients in Dryden and Sioux Lookout, Ontario.
Para Med seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse for a full-time community nursing role. You will provide ethical care, perform assessments, and engage with patients of all ages and complexity. Enjoy a supportive team environment, training opportunities, and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled community visits for patient care
• Provide ethical and safe nursing care to patients
• Assess individual patient needs using appropriate tools
• Monitor care plans and adjust as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records of encounters and plans
Requirements:
• CNO registration as RN or RPN in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Experience in community care is an asset
• Reliability, flexibility, and a passion for community service
• Willingness to travel within designated patient areas
