Key Responsibilities- Assessing and evaluating patient health needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient responses to treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Educating patients and their families on health management
- Valid RN ON license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
-$75/hour, $30 per Diem per shift
Travel:
Two and from assignment covered
